Lovely! Difficult to change hemispheres I think. When we returned from Chile in 2002, we had two winters in a row! Of course we had enjoyed two summers the year we arrived…
Ha! It is a bit. We had a very brief spring (although it was still quite warm) in Australia before plunging into winter in London. Missed out on summer that year!

I can understand that. I see people talking to their neighbours more. And you get to know your local shopkeepers quite well.

Beautiful. There’s a lot to be said for being like a tree. When one branch is cut off, more appear and they keep on blooming.
