Variations on a theme

I cook most nights. When I am tired my go-to meal isn’t bulgogi or sausages, but pasta.

I have a lovely Italian friend who has given me one or two recipe tips over the years. And I have appreciated them, and our friendship.

    1. Well the first thing she did was show me how easy it was to make fresh sauces. That I didn’t have to fear it and always rely on the bottled variety! She also let me know the Great Italian delicatessens in Sydney, cured meats and delicious cheeses. Just yum!
